Riverview Receives Leadership Award for Clinical Excellence

Riverview was one of just 5 hospitals nationwide to qualify for and receive the prestigious Leadership Award from the VHA, a national organization serving more than 1,400 hospitals nationwide.

The award recognizes clinical excellence in meeting rigourous and defined standards of care over multiple quarters. Riverview was the only hospital in Indiana and one of 5 nationally to receive this award.

Riverview Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is pleased to welcome Dr. Quentin Tanko. Dr. Tanko is an orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in sports injuries, rotator cuff and upper extremities.

Available to patients as young as 18 months to the weekend warrior and on up, Dr. Tanko is an experienced physician with a strong understanding of body mechanics.

Dr. Tanko is also an excellent speaker and available to talk to community groups on a variety of topics, including joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, injury prevention, body mechanics and more.
